As our project volume grows, we are adding a Superintendent to support our field operations and work in close partnership with a Field Project Manager and leadership team.

The Role As a Superintendent at Waterton, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production, coordination, safety, and quality.

You will work directly with a Field Project Manager, who provides project oversight and support, while you own the jobsite, crews, and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projects

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries

Execute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project Manager

Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times

Monitor quality and ensure work meets Waterton standards and specifications

Identify issues early and communicate proactively with the Project Manager

Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and jobsite documentation

Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to plan

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping, or exterior construction

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, crew management, and jobsite logistics

Ability to manage multiple scopes and trades on active jobsites

Takes pride in running organized, professional, and safe jobsites

Works well within a structured PM/Superintendent model

Clear communicator who raises issues early and solutions-focused

Respected by crews for consistency, fairness, and leadership

Comfortable working in the field every day
