Our work requires strong field leadership, precise coordination, and project managers who understand how to run jobs – not just track them.

Maintain accountability for schedule performance, production flow, and workmanship
Identify risks early and proactively solve problems in the field
Serve as the connective tissue between Superintendents, subcontractors, and company leadership
Ensure safety, professionalism, and Waterton quality standards are upheld on every jobsite
Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership on progress and constraints
Ideal Candidate Profile
Commercial or high‑complexity construction PM background (commercial, civil, sitework, hardscape, or large‑scale exterior projects)
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated success leading Superintendents and field teams
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, production planning, and logistics
Comfortable making decisions in the field and owning outcomes
Respected by crews and trade partners for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
Organized, calm under pressure, and execution‑driven
Willing and able to work primarily in the field
Compensation
Competitive salary – range will be adjusted to attract the right caliber candidate
Compensation will reflect:
Experience level
Leadership scope
Commercial‑grade responsibility
Full benefits and additional details discussed during interviews

Leadership that values execution, trust, and accountability
Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, respected Texas firm
Salary: $85000 - $95000 per year
