Chiropractor Clinical Director – Minot, ND
Join HCRC Staffing as a Clinical Director for our full‑time chiropractic practice in Minot, ND. We’re seeking a career‑minded, motivated chiropractor who can lead our team, manage clinic operations, and drive growth.
The role offers a sign‑on bonus of $25,000 and a competitive base salary of $100,000–$150,000 per year.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
Sign‑on bonus $25,000
Duties
Patient exam/consultation – review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records and imaging.
Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine.
Take and interpret X‑rays.
Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans.
Provide chiropractic patient care – manual adjustments, diversified, QSM3/Upper Cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Webster’s Technique, evidence‑based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy.
Educate patients on exam findings, routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises.
Document progress notes accurately and timely.
Conduct re‑exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure treatment goals are met.
Collaborate with colleagues, chiropractic assistants, and administrators for comprehensive patient care.
Promote wellness chiropractic to patients and the community; participate in practice promotion and marketing events.
Increase patient retention, PVA, visit volume, and collections with steady growth.
Assist with direction of weekly doctor meetings.
Optimize doctor and patient flow.
Improve patient relationships, referrals, retention, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
Chiropractic license in ND.
Experience required.
Schedule Full time
Salary (range) Doctors earning $100k–$150k in their first or second year, with higher levels realistically achievable.
