We are looking for a career-minded, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Minot, ND as our Clinical Director. The position offers a competitive base salary of $100k–$150k, a $25k sign‑on bonus, and partnership potential within 6–12 months for the right candidate in our brand‑new 6,000 sq ft practice. The Clinical Director will manage clinic doctors and patient flow to drive growth of chiropractic and soft‑wave services while allowing business owners to focus on the business side.
Duties
Patient exam/consultation – review health and medical histories, examine patients, review pertinent records and imaging.
Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine.
Take and interpret X‑rays.
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation.
Chiropractic patient care – manual adjustments, diversified, QSM3/upper cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Webster’s Technique, evidence-based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy.
Patient education on exam findings, benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises.
Documentation/progress notes – accurate and timely records.
Re‑exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure treatment goals are met.
Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CAs, and administrators for comprehensive patient care.
Promoting wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community – participating in practice promotion and marketing events.
Ensure patient retention is increased, along with PVA, patient visits, and collections show steady and sustained growth.
Assist with direction of weekly doctor meetings.
Ensure doctor and patient flow is optimized.
Ensure patient relationships, referrals, retention, and results are all vastly improved.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
Chiropractic license in ND.
Experience required – full‑time clinical director or equivalent leadership experience in a chiropractic practice.
Schedule Full time
Salary (range) Doctors earning $100k–$150k in their first or second year with higher levels realistically achievable.
