Work Shift Night (United States of America)
Sign‑On Bonus New hires receive a sign‑on bonus of up to $30,000 for full‑time RN candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience, or $15,000 for those with less than 2 years.
Role Overview Wellstar North Fulton Hospital invites an Acute Care RN – Neuro for a full‑time weekend night shift. Join a dynamic, supportive team with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Exemplary Practice and Outcomes: Performs the nursing process, uses evidence‑based practice, analytical/critical thinking, and individualized care coordination; partners with patients and significant others.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Coordinates delivery and documentation, promotes respectful inclusive environments, participates in performance improvement and shared governance.
Professional Development and Initiative: Completes competency assessments, serves as a preceptor/mentor, and models professional practice.
Evidence Based Practice and Research: Promotes evidence‑based practice, participates in value analysis, upholds policies, and engages in data collection and research consultation.
Resources and Support: Plans for patient care, participates in protocol development, and supports efficient resource use.
Required for All Jobs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited nursing school (required).
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Reg Nurse (Single State).
RN – Multi‑state Compact.
Basic Life Support (BLS).
BLS – Instructor.
BLS – Provisional.
