Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Master’s in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
License in Oregon:
LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or willingness to obtain licensure in Oregon).
Experience:
Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages; welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
Licensure & Location Requirements To be eligible for this telehealth position, you must meet both of the following:
You must reside in Missouri and hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Missouri.
You must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon.
We’re invested in your growth! Contingent upon hire, we’ll cover the cost of your Oregon license, reimbursed after your first 30 days. If you decide to move on within your first 6 months, we just ask that the licensure cost be repaid.
Position Details
This team delivers telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness.
Location:
Remote (U.S.-based, work-from-home). Requires reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Position Type:
Full-Time, W2-Employee.
Client Caseload:
Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically comprising 25 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status; you're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your goals.
Background Check Requirement A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Brightways Clinicians receive competitive pay based on services provided. Earnings grow directly with the number of clients and sessions. Clinicians typically earn between $59,000 and $78,000 per year, depending on mix. Flexibility and control over income; choose 4 or 5 day week.
Generous PTO:
2 weeks of Paid Time Off per year.
