It’s no surprise that both our business and our team continue to thrive. About the Role – Millwright Millwrights at Polk Mechanical play a vital role in supporting complex industrial operations. You’ll use a variety of methods and techniques to: Lay out, install, align, repair, overhaul, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and systems Troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the scope of repairs, materials or parts needed, and estimated completion time Interpret technical manuals, shop directives, and multi-view blueprints to identify critical dimensions and reference points What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in the millwright trade Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We Offer: Paid Vacation & Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Life & Disability Insurance Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
