Variable scheduling: will be either five 8-hour or four 9-hour days within operating hours of the facility based on unit need.**Operating hours** are primarily Monday to Friday from 530am to 6pm. Variations may occur due to business need or patient care requirement.**No Nights, Weekends, Call, or Major Holidays!****Sign on bonus up to $15,000 available for qualified candidates!****The Ambulatory Surgery Center** at BelleHarbour offers high-quality care within a collaborative environment that includes registered nurses, surgical techs, sterile services, and support staff, all overseen by a highly trained and experienced management team. The center features dedicated admit recovery and 6 bed post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) services. The center is expanding services and currently has one dedicated OR with expectations of a second OR in the coming months. The facility provides a range of surgical services, including orthopedic procedures, as well as gynecology, plastics, ENT, urology, General, and Podiatry. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing.
