Autonomy to make decisions in practice, schedule, staffing and more
Primarily adults, option to see children if desired
Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone and no hospital call

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000+.
