This position provides hands‑on support in developing top‑quality paint products for our various marketplaces. The Lab Technician will work closely with R&D personnel in a professional laboratory environment and receive on‑the‑job training to build technical, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities Prepare samples of new formulas and assist with color matching Perform routine physical and analytical tests with minimal supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work area Accurately record test results, observations, and experimental data Communicate findings, test procedures, and related data to team members Support R&D personnel in day‑to‑day laboratory activities Learn and apply laboratory testing methods, equipment, and software Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Self‑starter with an inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn Previous laboratory experience preferred but not required; training provided Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records To apply for this position, please complete and submit our online application near the top of this page.
