POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse provides expert professional nursing care; assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with urgent, emergency or potential health problems; and participates in the management of the department. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) school of nursing, required IV certification, preferred ACLS certification, preferred BLS/CPR certification, preferred QUALIFICATIONS: Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regard to time management Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs WORK SCHEDULE:
