Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.
Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, including medication administration, wound care, and disease management.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes.
Clinical Interventions: Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
Requirements:
Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
