Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system troubleshooting across a growing portfolio of solar, battery storage, fuel cell, and RNG assets.
Support corrective maintenance activities including advanced troubleshooting, component replacement, electrical wiring repairs and fault resolution to restore system & plant uptime.
Complete service work reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Monitor remote data platforms to identify trends, issues, or downtime events.
Coordinate with O&M supervisors, engineers, OEMs and third-party service providers as needed.
Manage site safety and daily hazard analysis.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred but not required; experienced electricians with commercial/industrial experience are welcome.
1‑3+ years’ experience in O&M, construction, and/or engineering services.
Experience working with Solar and/or Battery Storage required; exposure to additional technologies a plus (e.g. Renewable Natural Gas, Fuel Cells, Microgrids, etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring platforms and design/engineering tools such as AlsoEnergy, AutoCAD, PVSyst and SCADA systems.
