Position Summary: The primary function is to return patients to optimal physical function and to facilitate the achievement of patients', physicians', and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct patients in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Responsibilities:

Return patients to optimal physical function.

Facilitate achievement of patients’, physicians’, and therapy goals within a skilled nursing facility.

Instruct patients in maintaining achieved function after discharge through education and independent exercise.

Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

Current and valid license granted by the state of employment.

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including service delivery software and electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

Full‑time opportunities available.

Shifts needed: varies.

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000.

Refer a Friend Bonus: $5,000.
