Position Summary
Primary function: return patients to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Instruct patients in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, an independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.
Location Kempsville Health and Rehab – 5520 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23464.

Active, unencumbered state license.
