Our Emergency Department is a rural 20-bed unit focused on delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment. We offer self-scheduling to support work‑life balance.
How You’ll Contribute
Perform accurate and thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
Provide age- and condition‑appropriate nursing care
Complete timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
What We’re Looking For
Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire
Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
One year of RN experience as an Emergency Department RN required
