Full‑time Child Welfare Supervisor (Intact) – Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned Child Care Services programs, including multiple sites and service lines.

Essential Functions
Provide individualized training and feedback to assigned staff.
Review and evaluate assigned staff.
Ensure productivity requirements established by the Program Director are met.
Provide direct supervision and support to assigned staff in delivering services per service plans and agency policies and regulations.
Compile, complete, and submit all required data, billings, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate with the Program Director and other agencies regarding child/family status.
Collaborate with other management staff on programmatic, fiscal, organizational, and community issues.
Position Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or related human services field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in social services.
State licensing/certification required by IL Department of Children and Family Services.
Valid and active CWEL license.
Supervisory experience and experience with Child Welfare preferred.
Ability to respond to client emergencies 24/7, attend court, ACRs, staffing, and related matters.
Strong organizational, presentation, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated clear verbal and written communication.
Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage (bodily injury and property damage) required.
