Job Summary

Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in Canon City. Pay Range: $35-$38 per hour Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services. Initiate the plan of care as directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient status and needs change. Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals. Intervene as necessary in response to changes in patient/client condition and report such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document the effectiveness of interventions. Review plan of care and program protocols to identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices. Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation). Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray. Current BLS card. One year of prior RN experience preferred. Benefits
