Direct Support Professional
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our program in Levittown, PA. This role is open to individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide paid training.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal DSP will have a strong desire to create long‑term impacts on individuals’ lives.
Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals.
Teach individuals to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence.
Work under the supervision of the House Manager, following appropriate procedures and attending periodic meetings.
