Licensed Mental Health Therapist at St Vincent Medical Center, in Portland, OR.
Full‑Time/Day Shift.
$5,000 Sign‑on Bonus

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The requirements for each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. This position will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. It will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and/or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, it will complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; implement risk reduction/mitigation plans; incorporate evidence‑based approaches to psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model; and demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy in multi‑modal treatment settings. The role works under clinical supervision and in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the Oregon state Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

SOFTWARE WORKER LCSW Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, or in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role; proof of driver license and auto insurance required upon request.
2 years Post‑Master’s experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.
Pay Range: Min $39.73 – Max $61.68
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.
Pay Range: Min $39.73 – Max $61.68
LICENSED MARRIAGE FAMILY THERAPIST Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Family Therapy.
Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.
Pay Range: Min $39.73 – Max $61.68
