Full‑Time / Day Shift

Position Overview This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The requirements of each role are listed below. Consideration will be based on qualifications; if you have the qualifications for any one of these positions, we encourage you to apply.
The Licensed Professional Counselor (LMFT) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric and substance use disorders; collaborating with patients and support systems; providing specialized psychotherapy (CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT, ACT, recovery model); assessing patient risk; and developing risk‑reduction plans under direct supervision. The role demonstrates effectiveness in individual, group, and family psychotherapy as part of a multimodal treatment setting. Licensure is achieved through a board‑approved plan of supervision with a qualified supervisor certified by the Oregon State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
SOCIAL WORKER LCSW
Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE‑Accredited School of Social Work, or a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License.

2 years post‑master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.
MIN: $39.73 Max: $61.68
LICENSED MARRIAGE FAMILY THERAPIST
Master's Degree in Family Therapy.
Upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.
