Overview This is a combined posting for Associate Ultrasound Technologist, Ultrasound Technologist, and Senior Ultrasound Technologist positions. Applicants will be considered for the highest level for which they are qualified. These roles are an integral part of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, supporting day‑to‑day operations and delivering high‑quality ultrasound care.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
Perform general and vascular diagnostic medical sonograms with minimal supervision
Deliver high‑quality patient care across all demographics: neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, staff, radiologists, and referring providers
Support the department in achieving clinical, operational, and quality goals
Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure adherence to safety and imaging standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent education/experience
Registered Sonographer certification upon hire: • ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or • ARRT‑Sonography (National Registered Technologist – Sonography)
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography
Shift Options
32 Hours/Week (0.8 FTE), Day Shift
36 Hours/Week (0.9 FTE), Night Shift
40 Hours/Week (1.0 FTE), Day Shift
Senior Ultrasound Technologist – Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the JRCRTE or equivalent education/experience
Registered with ARDMS or ARRT‑Sonography
BLS Certification from AHA upon hire
Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience
Senior Ultrasound Technologist – Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience performing both general and vascular ultrasound
Shift Options (Senior)
40 Hours/Week (1.0 FTE), Evening Shift
Work Environment
Collaborative and supportive clinical team
Fast‑paced Diagnostic Imaging department with access to advanced ultrasound technology
