ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Pathway) Join

What We’re Offering

Total annual earning potential: up to almost $60,000 per year.

Base compensation: $23.75–$28.25 per hour, with a path to $85,000+ base salary as a BCBA.

Clinician Compass Program: three pathways to BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 incentive bonuses for completing a master’s and passing the BACB exam.

60+ hours of onboarding and training in clinical best practices, data systems, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessment, and more; weekly office hours or 1:1 support with the Clinical Development team.

Benefits: direct & indirect supervision hours, study support, 13 days off annually (including one floating holiday and PTO that accrues from day one), monthly CEUs, in‑house conference, and 401(k) with employer match.

Flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday with mornings, mid‑day, or afternoons up to 6:30 pm, and two to three evenings per week up to 8:30 pm (extra pay for evenings). Saturday work is optional.

No contracts or non‑compete agreements – employment is at‑will.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work under a BCBA using the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork, small‑group trainings, and monthly mentorship.

Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress.

Mentor behavior technicians, fostering their professional growth and effective plan implementation.

Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible in a dynamic caseload.

What We’re Looking For

Aspiring BCBAs seeking support to finish certification; accelerate your path with the Compass Program.

Completed master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavioral analysis, or related program (required).

Experience with software solutions for data collection and programming.

2–3 years of ABA field experience.

6–12 months from being ready to sit for the BACB exam.

Position requires fingerprinting, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (paid by the company).
