Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan.
Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
Ensure patient care management systems are routinely serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
