Responsibilities
Participate in and oversee patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s clinical policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines.
Document in the EMR relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes in condition in accordance with nursing practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan.
Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
Ensure patient care management systems are routinely serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
