Responsibilities
Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Professional accountability and development.
Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
ACLS Certification, if required by department.
Nurse Specialty certification preferred.
Education:
Associate's degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
2 years of RN experience required; 1 year of RN experience in oncology preferred.
Specific Skills:
Interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Clinical skills appropriate to position.
