Salary Range $45,400.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Provides doula services to Shawnee Health patients/participants in Shawnee Health centers and/or Shawnee’s Healthy Families program.
Supervises subordinate doula staff.
Provides and documents direct supervision with ongoing support to Doulas. Supervision includes clinical, administrative and reflective components.
Ensures participant/patient files and electronic health records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Reviews doula enrollment and caseloads to ensure long term participation viability.
Organizes and facilitates group educational events for Shawnee patients/participants and doula.
Cultivates relationships with clinicians and consultants within and outside Shawnee Health to foster collaborative relationships that ensure enrolled families receive high quality services.
Engages in outreach and enrollment activities, including regular contact with referral sources, attending community events to seek referrals and promote the doula program.
Participates as a team member in supporting doula services within the Healthy Families program framework and health center settings.
Monitors encounter data for compliance with grants and funder expectations.
Qualifications Mandatory:
Master’s degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families, or Bachelor’s degree in these fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in providing services to culturally diverse communities/families.
Doula certification.
Preferred:
Experience with reflective practice is preferred.
Previous management/supervisory experience.
