Required Skills
Must hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Licensure to practice in neighboring states as necessary
Ability to lift and transport patient equipment (minimum 65 lbs.)
Excellent communication skills for regular patient interaction
Vision acuity for reading documentation and equipment displays
Compliance with Respiratory Protection and N95 Mask Fit Testing Policy
Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience is required
Nice to Have
Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) or Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) certifications
Experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare settings
Familiarity with medical terminologies and healthcare protocols
Preferred Education and Experience
Completion of an accredited respiratory care program or a related paramedical field
A degree in respiratory therapy or a related science
At least one year of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements
Must be available for on‑call rotation every 3 to 4 weeks
Willingness to travel to various locations within the service area (Lexington, Sharon, Douglas, Holden)
A valid driver’s license with a clean record is necessary for driving company vehicles for home visits

Competitive pay rate of $36 - $42/hour based on experience
