RN Registered Nurse – $42.40 Starting Wages!

Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of an interdisciplinary team.
You will earn:
$40.40 – $42.40 starting wages.
Starting rate: $37.00 per hour – New wages!
Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay.
Shift differential – $2.00 per hour on night shifts.
Yearly wage increases.

Scheduling:
12‑hour shifts.
Night shift available – 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
Perform treatments such as irrigation, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and condition status.
Provide preventive and supportive care directed to physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
Oversee the nurse aide team, give direction and assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering innovative care.
Team player dedicated to supporting team members and achieving results.
Required Certifications:
CPR‑BLS Certification.
Licensure Required:
RN Registered Nurse.
