Job Details
Work in a 36-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit providing 24/7 nursing care
Care for patients from adolescents (17 years and older) to geriatric populations
Maintain 1:5/6 patient ratios in a fast-paced environment
Float to other units as required
Handle diverse patient assignments that may change throughout shifts
Must have 2+ years of recent medical/surgical experience
Epic experience within the last year required
BLS certification required
Maximum 7 days of requested time off accepted at submission
Block schedules not accommodated
Solid black scrubs required
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Care for patients with general and surgical needs including general surgery, colorectal surgery, urology, women's health, gynecology, orthopedic, spinal/neuro, and trauma cases
Provide care for women with obstetrical complications including preeclampsia, hyperemesis, and high-risk pregnancies
