We are looking for a career minded, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Marlboro, NJ as our Lead DC or Clinical Director. Ideally, we are looking for a passionate, superstar Chiropractor who is a team player, but willing to take the lead within our growing practice. This Clinical Director position will ensure continued growth of Chiropractic services, marketing to increase clinic volume, lead the team, and be the face of our clinic in the community and beyond, as well as providing the highest level of care to our community.

Duties

Oversee daily clinic operations

Patient exam/consultation – review health and medical histories, examine patients, review pertinent records/imaging

Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine

Take and interpret X-rays

Diagnosis and treatment plan formulationChiropractic patient care – adjustments, evidence‑based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy – specializing in conditions requiring Class IV laser, spinal decompression, and digital X‑ray analysis

Patient education on the exam findings, the benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises

Documentation/progress notes – accurate and timely records

Re‑exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure you’ve met patient and treatment goals

Manage and mentor Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and other support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient‑first team culture

Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and administrators for comprehensive patient care

Promote wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community at large, participate in practice promotion and marketing events

Report directly to the Clinic Owner/Managing Partner and participate in quarterly business reviews to discuss P&L, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth strategies

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)

Chiropractic license in NJ

2+ years of post‑graduate clinical experience preferred

Proficiency or certification in spinal decompression and/or Class IV laser management highly preferred

Salary (range)

$90k-$105k plus bonus potential
