Position We are searching for a talented
Patient Access Rep .
$1,500 new hire sign‑on bonus for this position ( rehires more than 1 year also eligible ).
Hours:
40 hrs Shift:
Day shift; Varied hours, must be flexible to work all shifts: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 7:45 am – 4:15 pm, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Location:
OBGYN – Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
Responsibilities Position reports to the Practice Manager/Administrator or designee. Check‑in and check‑out patients at assigned practice(s). Perform various operational support functions including scheduling patient visits, tests and surgical procedures. Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls. Perform various clerical and administrative functions. May cover different offices as needed or directed.
Qualifications
Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is required.
Good computer and typing skills are required.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment is required.
One year of medical office practice experience or graduation from a medical secretary program or the equivalent is preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
