Direct Support Professional – Part‑time, 30‑hour DSP One of our residential programs located in Warrensburg, NY has a part‑time 30‑hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) position available. The schedule is Saturday 8 am‑9 pm, Wednesday 1 pm‑10 pm, and Thursday 2 pm‑10 pm. The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour + differentials, and this is an hourly position. DSPs provide care and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Help with daily routines such as getting ready, cooking, cleaning, administering medications, and enjoying community activities together.

Assist with personal care, including toileting, lifting/transferring, and medical needs such as g‑tubes.

Support participants to participate in community activities and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

No experience necessary.
