Position Summary As a member of the Dental Department, we are hiring Dental Assistants who will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operations of the team. Dental Assistants provide chairside support to pediatric and general dentistry so that our dentists can deliver efficient, high‑quality care. They assist with hands‑on support, prep work, and ensuring dentists can complete procedures at maximum speed and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Dental Assistant Certificate required.
0–1 year of related experience in a dental setting, four‑handed dentistry preferred.
Spanish/English bilingual required.
Knowledge of dental software and EHR (e.g., Dentrix) highly desired.
Ability to adhere to National Patient Safety Goals.
Key Duties
Assist the dentist with routine procedures.
Prepare treatment room and tray setups for the dental provider.
Take digital X‑rays and impressions.
Order dental supplies and maintain inventory.
Complete infection control sterilization of all equipment and instruments.
Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area as required.
Distribute patient educational materials as needed.
Starting Compensation:
Minimum $23.00 per hour; maximum $23.00 per hour.
