Primary focus will be individual therapy services (in‑person and telehealth), with the potential for some couples, family, and group therapy services.

Location Monument, CO

Compensation $62,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (hourly pay)

Responsibilities

Under the clinical supervision and guidance of the Clinic Director, evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy

Full‑time therapists maintain 25–30 client sessions per week

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university

Valid State of Colorado mental health professional licensure or provisional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LSW, SWC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT)

General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, comfort with fee collection & insurance benefits at time of service, willingness to improve mental health documentation skills

Experience or willingness to learn completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Preferred experience with pre‑teens, teens, and adults

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Demonstrated and modeled stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Proficiency with typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Ability to pass a background check
