Mental Health Technician
Position Summary: Monarch Healthcare Management is recruiting a Mental Health Technician. The role will cover the standard duties of a recreation assistant and provide specialized training on working with residents who experience mental illnesses. Selected technicians will return to the facility with new knowledge and share it with co‑workers.
Qualifications
Experience working with adults diagnosed with a variety of mental illnesses; two years preferred.
Ability to speak, read and write clearly in English.
Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions.
Must qualify for employment after a criminal background check per the guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
