Mental Health Technician

Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Mental Health Technician, you will have the opportunity to receive specialized training focused on working with residents struggling with mental illnesses. Technicians will be chosen based on their natural aptitude for working with, and relating to, those struggling with mental illness, as determined by supervisors and additional facility staff. This skill set allows Monarch to enhance your abilities through further education, which you will apply back to the facility and share with your co‑workers.

Qualifications

Preferred: Two years’ experience working with adults diagnosed with a variety of mental illnesses.
