Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Eduro Healthcare
Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $37.00/hr
Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
Company & Job Description Overview Prairie Heights Healthcare is searching for talented LPNs to join our team. Our facilities deliver outstanding care and foster strong employee bonds. We offer short‑term to long‑term care and various living options and professional clinical services, with a focus on compassion, wellness, and customer experience.
LPN Responsibilities
Providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and supervising the program aide.
Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
Administering medication.
Communicating changes in behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Collecting specimen samples when needed.
Participating actively in patient care planning.
Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
Assisting in medical procedures.
Managing emergency medical situations.
LPN Requirements
Valid LPN license in good standing.
Successful completion of training and competency evaluation program.
Completion of orientation per company policy.
Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
Free of criminal activity confirmed by background check.
Proof of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.
