Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently searching for talented LPN’s to join our team! LPN Responsibilities
Taking and monitoring patient vital signs Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing Administering medication Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members Maintaining accurate patient records Collecting specimen samples when needed Taking an active part in patient care planning Preparing patients for transfers or discharge Assisting in medical procedures Managing emergency medical situations Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. LPN Requirements
Must have a valid LPN license in good standing. Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required. Completion of orientation required by company policy. Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment. Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire. Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check. Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment. Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Other Duties
