What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling services to meet client treatment goals
Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within designated timeframes
Develop and document personalized treatment plans based on client assessments
Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings to discuss pertinent cases
Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients
Expertise in diagnostic criteria for mental health and substance use disorders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health treatment
Experience in providing clinical supervision or training to individuals in training
Familiarity with legal requirements and court procedures related to mental health treatment
