Responsibilities
Perform image‑guided interventions, including interventional oncology procedures, with a focus on cost‑effective and compassionate care.
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient services, manage clinical time at the Texas Medical Center and Houston HALs.
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams with medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists.
Engage in training and mentorship of medical students, residents, fellows, and pre‑post graduate scientists.
Contribute to scholarly initiatives, including clinical trials, translational research, and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications
Medical degree (MD/DO).
Board certification in Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (within five years of hire).
Certification in CAQ (or eligibility as recent graduate).
Licensure by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners or Faculty Temporary License.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Minimum 2 years experience as Instructor or 5 years post‑degree with a combination of clinician, clinical scientist, or GME trainee experience, including post‑residency training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, education, and research, with evidence of mentorship and team participation.
Potential for institutional service and leadership within the department and the broader cancer center community.
