Minimum And Additional Requirements
Master's degree in nursing education
MSN in another area must complete a post‑master's certificate in nursing education or successfully complete the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) examination within three (3) years of hire
Current SC RN license
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience related to the primary area of the assigned teaching responsibilities (medical‑surgical nursing)
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience in an ADN or BSN program
Clinical experience with and knowledge base of content related to the assigned teaching responsibilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
