Clinical Sales Specialist – Oncology & Precision Medicine Controls Brief Description At Microbiologics, our work directly supports the accuracy and reliability of cancer diagnostics worldwide — and continued growth in our oncology portfolio is a key focus. We partner with clinical laboratories, cancer centers, and life science organizations to deliver high-impact oncology and precision medicine quality controls that support confidence in molecular testing.

We’re expanding our team and looking for two new Clinical Sales Specialists – Oncology & Precision Medicine Controls to support continued growth in our oncology portfolio. These are newly created roles — one with a focus on the East U.S. Territory and one focused on the West U.S. Territory. Each role brings a true hunter mindset and direct oncology market experience. These are front-line growth positions focused on building pipeline, winning new business, and expanding share within oncology, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine accounts. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Sales Manager while owning prospecting, opportunity development, and account conversion across clinical labs, reference labs, cancer centers, and biotech organizations. If you’re energized by targeting new opportunities, navigating complex oncology sales cycles, and closing high-value deals, these roles offer the autonomy and visibility to make a measurable impact.

Why This Role Is Different This role is built for sellers who like to hunt — not maintain.
