Direct Support Professional – Personal Care and Direct Support Aide

Shift Examples:
AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re looking for:
Valid driver’s license and at least 19 years old
Experience in a direct care role
Willingness to work every other weekend
Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Check
Average Day:
Provide essential care and daily living support, including administering medications, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, preparing simple meals, maintaining a clean environment, and providing transportation to appointments.
