Direct Support Professional – Dayton, MN AHL Healthcare Group Inc. is looking for a part‑time or full‑time caregiver to provide direct support for individuals with disabilities. The position pays $17/hour.

Schedule

AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily routines, including personal care and medication administration.

Perform light housekeeping and cooking to maintain a comfortable environment.

Drive clients to appointments and assist them in staying connected to their community.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and minimum age 19.

Experience in a direct care or caregiving role.

Willingness to work every other weekend.

Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Check.
