We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend LPN to join our Assisted Living community. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working independently while providing high-quality care and leadership during weekend shifts.
Schedule:
Every weekend, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some flexibility in hours)
Status:
Part-time or Per Diem
Base pay range $24.00/hr – $32.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Monitor residents’ overall health status and respond to changes in condition
Administer insulin as ordered
Serve as shift supervisor for aides and med techs, offering guidance and support
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and on-call management as needed
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Document care accurately and timely
Qualifications
Current LPN license in good standing
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and resident-focused
