Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and licensed mental health professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting clients through their mental health journey and thrives in a collaborative, flexible practice setting.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in-person and/or via telehealth
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Collaborate with other professionals and participate in team meetings
Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
Maintain active licensure in the state of Iowa
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
Licensed in Iowa as an LMHC, LISW, or equivalent (Required)
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with electronic health records (preferred)
Passionate about client care and professional growth
