About the Position AlliedTravelCareers partners with Core Medical Group to place a qualified Physical Therapist in Edgefield, South Carolina. This 13‑week assignment is at a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF). The role requires delivering excellent patient care, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy interventions for patients in an LTC/SNF setting.
Provide individualized patient care and rehabilitation programs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Follow facility protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of South Carolina.
Experience with long‑term care or skilled nursing populations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to an evolving care environment.
