Speech Language Pathologist (School-Based + Caseload Cap + Bonus!)
Thrive Therapies is seeking a School-Based Speech‑Language Pathologist who shares our passion for doing work that will change the trajectory of the lives of children we serve. You’ll do more than provide speech and language services—you’ll partner with schools to create high‑impact support systems for students with diverse needs. Through data‑driven practices, relational excellence, and a deep belief in every child’s potential, we are redefining what related services can be in public education.
Base Pay $48.00/hr – $55.00/hr
Up to 37.5 hours per week following the school calendar. Signing bonus eligibility up to $500.
Requirements
Master's degree in speech‑language pathology from an accredited institution.
Current CCC from ASHA.
Active license from the Texas Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences.
Pass a background check before employment begins.
