Speech Language Pathologist (School-Based + Caseload Cap + Bonus!)
Location: Midland, TX
Salary: $48.00/hr – $55.00/hr (1099), plus up to $500 signing bonus.
Work schedule: Up to 37.5 hrs/week following the school calendar.
You will provide speech and language services to students, partnering with schools to create high‑impact support systems for students with diverse needs. Through data‑driven practices and relational excellence, you will help shape the trajectory of children’s lives while advancing your clinical expertise.
Requirements
Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology from an accredited institution.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Active license from the Texas Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences.
Pass a background check before employment begins.
